STV’s Athena Ullah, chief of staff to the CEO, was named winner of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Foundation’s annual Leadership Impact Award. The award honors graduates of its Industry Leader Development Program (ILDP), which took place in May of this year.
During the ILDP, leaders discussed emerging trends in transportation. Award winners were chosen based on their contributions to transportation design, visionary thinking, and industry mentorship.
As STV’s chief of staff, Ullah is responsible for the execution of corporate initiatives including enriching client relationship management, post-acquisition integration, and environmental, social, and governance implementation.
An alumna of the University of California, Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ullah has spent a decade-long career in operational and financial management in both public and private organizations. Prior to her promotion to chief of staff, Ullah contributed to STV as an operations and asset management consultant. She also serves on STV’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
