A New Way to See STV

The new STV logo

STV is a company with a deep history. We deliver iconic projects on the macro level as well as community-focused projects on the micro level. These projects all have a generational impact on the communities we serve.

We recognize that our industry is changing. The competitive landscape is changing, and our clients’ needs are changing. To continue building on our history of success, we realized we needed a new direction and a new way to see STV.

To plot that high-level direction for our firm, we engaged with our clients, our employees, and our key community stakeholders to create our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. The plan outlines our key priorities for the next three years: growing the business, reimagining how we work and investing in a world-class employee experience for our people.

When we further distilled down what we heard, we arrived at our renewed purpose: STV makes communities better through innovative solutions that connect people, places and the present to the future. We also heard from our clients and our employees that STV is a company of integrity. That we are great partners. That we make a positive impact on our communities. Those became our updated values: integrity, partnership and optimism. And finally, for our new logo, we utilized our core colors in homage of the brand that built the business we are today. Then we added a graphic element designed on the V that we call the pointer on a compass, which celebrates our “true north” – client success.

To top off that exciting news we are also excited to announce today that our flagship New York City office will move to a new home in 2024 – the iconic Empire State Building.

This is our new direction.

My colleagues and I are excited and proud to embark on this new chapter in our company’s history. We look forward to working together with integrity, partnership and optimism to make communities better.
